The minimum age to stay at Club B by BH Mallorca is 18.
There must be at least one guest aged 18 years or above per booking. Each 17 year old must send written permission from a parent/guardian with a copy of the same parent’s passport. This can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org clearly stating the lead passenger name, arrival/departure dates and booking agent used.
The acceptance of your reservation is at the discretion of the hotel and we politely remind you that we reserve the right to refuse your booking and/or at check-in. If in doubt, please contact us.

A 30 euros deposit (per person) and the Sustainable Tourism Tax.
The 30€ deposit is a standard deposit for breakages. This must be paid in cash (Euros) at check-in and will be refunded on your last day when you check out at 11am.
All guests visiting the Balearics (Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza) are required to pay a Sustainable Tourism Tax. The amount of the tax depends on the category of the hotels. As Club B by BH Mallorca has 3 stars hotel, the charge will be 2,20 euros per person per day (all charges subject to 10% VAT). This is payable at check in

When you book an All Inclusive Suite at Club B by BH Mallorca for Summer 2019 it will include:
• A fresh 3* standard apartment with free high-speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, flat screen TV with UK and international channels. Kitchenette with fridge, toaster, & microwave
• All Inclusive food in the Buffet Restaurant from 9am to 9pm including soft drinks, local beer and wine from the self service area.
o Breakfast: 9am – 11am
o Lunch: 1pm – 3pm
o Dinner: 7pm – 9pm
o Between these hours, snacks will be served.
• Local alcoholic and soft drinks are available from the All Inclusive Bar from 11am – 8pm every day.
When you book a Self-Catering Apartment at Club B by BH Mallorca for Summer 2019 it will include:
• A fresh 3* standard apartment with free high-speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, flat screen TV with UK and international channels.
• Kitchenette with fridge, kettle & toaster
• Our Snack Bar is available for Room Only guests wishing to dine on site.
Our All Inclusive food service runs from 9am to 9pm every day. Breakfast is offered in our buffet restaurant from 9am to 11am, Lunch from 1pm to 3pm and Dinner from 7pm to 9pm. In between these times, snacks are available. Soft drinks, local lager and wine are available from the self service station.
Our All Inclusive drinks service runs daily from 11am to 8pm. This includes local alcoholic and soft drinks.

We have 2 types of apartments available at Club B by BH Mallorca. Pool View Apartments have fantastic views of the pool area and our Standard Apartments have views of the hotel surroundings.
You can check in any time after 14:00, and check out is before 11:00.
Yes, we have safes in every room and this costs 5€ per day week with a 5€ refundable deposit for the key.
Each guest is provided with one bath towel and one hand towel for room use. We ask you not to take these to the pool or beach.
Free hi-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole complex.
There is free street parking around the hotel and a public car park nearby.
